Great experience. I’ve never been there before so I didn’t know what to expect but I saw a lot of good reviews online. I was looking for a local shop that wasn’t one of the big chain places that I’ve had bad experiences with in the past. First off, this place isn’t fancy. Just a small office and a few repair bays that look like they’ve seen some stuff and a cat wandering around. If you want free coffee and wifi and nice place to wait for your car this probably isn’t it. Dropped my car off at 8:30am for A/C repair. They called a couple of hours later to tell me the problem and give me an estimate. The estimate seemed fair. They were done by 3pm the same day and my A/C is working great for an 11 year old car. They didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t come in for. Just good guys that appear to know what they are doing at a fair price. Will definitely go back.

Hands-down, the best Mechanic I’ve ever dealt with. You can tell they’re not trying to nickel and dime you, and are always gonna shoot you straight. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

I want say that you all worked on my 2013 buick. You all did a great with a great price. I would highly recommend you all. After going to many places and searching for parts you guys were the only one to truly assist me. Definitely five stars all around.

Authority automotive was very fast and quick when it came down to expecting my damages due to a car accident. They were able to fix my water pump, and get me back on the road that same day. Their lovely cat kept me great company. The price was very reasonable. I will be back if anything else goes wrong with my vehicle 😉 Thank you soooo much. Every staff member was so good to me 😶‍🌫️
